Upstairs there are three bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and overhead fans that enhance the natural cooling effect of being so close to the sea. There is a sitting area between the rooms, great for taking in the views.

Three Bedrooms (each with window a/c), two and half baths:
•Large bedroom with king size bed (you’ll feel like royalty), TV, DVD and views of the Moors tidal flats, full bath off bedroom
•Medium size bedroom with Queen size bed, private bath, TV, DVD, balcony with views of tidal flats (you can see out to the ocean beach). Lie in bed and look out to Wood End lighthouse.
•Smaller bedroom with queen size bed, access to full bathroom between the smaller room and large room, and there is also a half bath downstairs.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
• Granite counter tops that wrap around the kitchen.
• Stainless appliances: gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, coffee maker, and blender
• Cookware, utensils, silverware, glasses, china, wine and cocktail classes
• Access to laundry area on a limited basis
