Originally built in 1950 by “Joe The Barber” Ferreira and home to his Mayflower Barber Shop, this standalone Greek Revival was eventually redesigned by Royal Barry Wills Architects and rebuilt in 2015. The historic barber pole still stands and can be seen in the side patio.
